Comprehensive annual income: 135,000 to 160,000
Professional requirements: Candidates should have a master’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as chemistry, medicinal chemistry, chemical engineering, or organic chemistry. Proficiency in English is required at Level 6 or above (exceptionally strong candidates in certain specialties may be considered with Level 4); alternatively, applicants must hold a Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 certification.
Compensation and Benefits:
1. Bachelor’s Degree: Comprehensive annual income ranges from 93,000 to 110,000 yuan;
2. Master’s Degree: Comprehensive annual income of 135,000–160,000;
3. PhD: Comprehensive annual income of 500,000;
4. The above income does not include overtime allowances, project bonuses, high-temperature subsidies, holiday benefits, or other perks. Benefits include free factory shuttle service for commuting, annual health check-ups, opportunities for further education and professional development, mandatory statutory holidays off, and paid annual leave.
