Comprehensive annual income: 93,000 to 110,000
Professional Requirements: Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Organic Chemistry, etc. Proficiency in English is required at Level 6 or above (exceptional candidates in specific fields may be considered with Level 4); alternatively, proficiency in Japanese at N2 level is also acceptable.
Compensation and Benefits:
1. Bachelor’s Degree: Comprehensive annual income ranges from 93,000 to 110,000 yuan;
2. Master’s Degree: Comprehensive annual income of 135,000–160,000;
3. PhD: Comprehensive annual income of 500,000;
4. The above income does not include overtime allowances, project bonuses, high-temperature subsidies, holiday benefits, or other perks.
