Compensation & Benefits: 1. Bachelor’s Degree Holders: Comprehensive annual income ranges from 93,000 to 110,000 RMB. 2. Master’s Degree Holders: Comprehensive annual income ranges from 135,000 to 160,000 RMB. 3. Doctoral Degree Holders: Comprehensive annual income starts at 500,000 RMB. 4. Note that the above figures exclude overtime pay, project bonuses, summer heat allowances, holiday benefits, and other perks.
